Sweet: Suge Knight and Big Suga Kane Working Together

Things are going to get a whole lot sweeter. Big Suga Kane, the CEO of Suga Kane Records and Suge Knight, the founder of the legendary Death Row, are teaming up for a brand new hot project. Many details of the project have not yet been released but it will be distributed by Knight’s recently established record label: Blackball Records.

At one point in the early nineties Suge Knight was at the top of the hip-hop world with no less than three hip hop immortals on his label: Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Things quieted down in 1996 however when Tupac was killed and when Knight went to jail for parole violation. Knight filed for bankruptcy in 2006 and sold Death Row records in 2008 while also establishing the new label the same year.

Big Suga Kane, meanwhile, has been making noise on two continents. As one of the owners of Suga Kane records, Big Suga Kane’s record label is still the only label with bases both in the United Kingdom and North America. He has already collaborated with artists such as Elephant Man, IceBurg, Labh Janjua, Ranjit Mani, Binder Bajwa, and Sarbjit Saaab. And that was just on one album (“First Blood”).

So what will be the final result when these two titans collaborate? What do you think these guys will put out? And how do you think it will sound? Let us know!
